Have you ever felt overwhelmed by happenings, you wish time would just pause for at least a second for you to catch your breath?

That feeling of being so overwhelmed you just want to be alone. That feeling of being overwhelmed you want to shut out the world. That feeling that makes you react to things instead of responding to them.

YOU JUST CAN’T SEEM TO WRAP YOUR HEAD AROUND IT ALL

Productivity is going down the drain. Procrastination now had the best of you. You mess up everything you try to do. You cannot cry because you’ve got responsibilities! You are being tagged brave, and all but you know better.

The topmost word you now utter is centred around apologies. Relationships are now strained! Your to-do list keeps getting longer.

You need to unwind but the options you are getting, ain’t what you want. They are way out of your so-called principles.

What to do???????

Well, from experience he knows better, but he just can’t seem to do nor follow through!

He sticks to escape routes. Watches movies, soak himself in the world of books, builds an impenetrable wall around himself. He sure does needs help. He needs to snap out of the world he has cooped himself in and face reality.

Work on himself. Make mistakes. Open up! Talk to someone who can actually help and not someone who would worsen the whole thing by making him do what he would end up regretting. But what can be done? Everyone is busy with their lives; everyone has shits they are going through.

He keeps pushing, keeps the act up, believing it would all turn out fine.

Do you have any suggestion for him? What would you do? Oh! Sorry, I forgot you have stuffs to deal with also. BELLA CIAO

See y’all later
